An adorable vintage 1950s novelty full circle skirt. Made in black felted wool or blend with nipped waist band. Immaculately decorated on front half with raided pink floral appliqués in velvet. Hidden side metal zipper. Unlined. A previous owner assed a panel on the side opposite zipper to add more room to it.
