Vintage 1960s high waisted full skirt of rusty red printed and quilted cotton with tan cotton backing. Warm and coat without being too bulky. High waisted, lack ribbon band. Two box pleats run down to hem and ribbon trimmed hip pocket. Hidden back painted metal zipper and hook closure.
