Amazing vintage waist cinch belt circa 1970s. Fine quality soft yet sturdy blood red leather. Absolutely amazing hand done tooling and painting of a Matador theme. Buckle with adjustable fit, this buckle snaps on - it was purchased together but might not be the original one.
