A beautiful little skirt from Valentino Boutique circa 1990s. Minimalist lingerie style look is the highest quality, made in black and white polka dot silk with a wade, black Chantilly lace sheer panel. High waisted, darted hips, hits above the knee. Hidden side nylon zip and hooks. Lined up to the lace.
