We try our best to note flaws in images and/or description. Price may be reduced to reflect imperfections. Please note that calibration on all computer monitors reflect the coloration of fabric in photos differently, so there may be slight inconsistency with the photo & the product.
Note that sizing on vintage clothing & shoes are not the same as modern sizing.
All garments are measured with the item laying flat. To ensure a proper fit, we recommend you measure a personal garment this way and compare. Always leave an inch or for ease of movement.
Bust: Measured from armpit to armpit then x 2.
Waist: Measured at the natural waist of the garment then x 2.
Length: Measured from top of shoulder to hem.
Sleeve Length: Measured from shoulder seam to end of cuff.
Garments may pinned to mannequins to show best fit. Please note items such a necklaces brooches, belts and crinolines are not included in sale but are for display only. Full skirt skirts and dresses are often photographed with a crinoline to show them off better. Please keep in mind that these items are usually more than 50 years old and true wearable antiques imperfections are natural.
