Dramatic stiff ruffle that runs from the front waist, over the shoulders to the back. Piping front seams and an attach waist sash tie. Full length flared skirt contrasting print gathered hem panel. Long bishop style sleeves with long 4 button cuff fitted lower. Hidden back nylon zipper. Unlined.
