High waist band, floor length bell silhouette, side hook and eye closures. Main dress is a semi sheer nylon chiffon of sea foam green with sweet ivory double polka dot flocked pattern. Fitted strapless bodice that is boned and flows from nipped waist to a full length flowing skirt with hidden side metal zip closure. Label: Dress is home-sewn
