Vintage 1950 short length full skirt of light weight waffle cotton. Faded red and off white folk novelty print. Likely made for a teen or child but fits and XS petite adult well too. High waist band, lots of pleats that extends to a full sweep, mini length. Hidden metal zip and hook closure. Unlined.
