Vintage 1950s adorable full skirt with pinafore front bib. Novelty print soft cotton  on black with folk hearts pattern. Crossover inside button back strap closure. Nipped waist with gathered full skirt below and a little black ric rac trim hem. Hidden back metal zip and button at waist. Unlined.
