Vintage 1960s or earlier high waisted cinch waist belt. Intricately made but shows stitched inside, it was likely a costume piece. Three tapered thick and stiff bands connected with metallic tassels. No inner lining. Previously repair single hook closure.

Condition: Very good. Mend at hook and some normal wear.
