Vintage 1960s Miss Elliette party dress made in super vibrant neon level orangeish coral chiffon over an acetate base dress. Fitted bodice has a high neck and sheer long sleeves with elbow darts and snap cuffs. Velvet waistband with back bow. Skirt features ruffle hem that runs up the back seat for a lovely bustle effect. Hidden back metal zipper.
