A very cute vintage 1970s that's comfortable and easy to wear. Black polk got semi-sheer chiffon with floral pattern. Sleeveless top with a button front, bow tie and ruffle at the high neck. Elastic gathered waist extends to a flowing, midi length skirt. Semi sheer, should be worn with a sip for full coverage. Pulls on with no additional closures.
