Fantastic vintage 1970s sailor inspired deadstock mini skirt from Young Victorian by Arpeja. Nice quality black wool with deep goldenrod yellow striped trim. High waist, no waistband. Slim silhouette, pleated front. Back nylon zip. No pockets. Lined in nylon at waist only. There are 2 other matching pieces listed separately!
