A darling vintage 1990s skirt and blouse set. Fine quality silk jacquard id brown and blue on a black background. Blouse looser fitting top has a cobalt blue false front with hidden closures, collared, cuffed long sleeves. High waisted full skirt is fairly straight silhouette, midi length, kick pleats nylon zipper. Both pieces unlined - may want to wear with a slip. Attached shoulder pads.
