A gorgeous vintage 1910s skirt Edwardian petticoat skirt. Fairly light weight, off white cotton. Features gorgeous tiers of mixed cotton crochet style lace overlay panel towards bottom High and thin nipped waistband. Closes with a thin drawstring tie at waist and flap. Flap has no closures so it might sit slightly open on some wearers. Unlined - slightly sheer.
